Alison became a licensed esthetician in February 2026 and has a passion for all things beauty, deep relaxation, and lymphatic drainage. She cares deeply about customer satisfaction and pays close attention to the little details that ensure every guest has the best possible experience at Refyne Wellness.

With a unique background in business management, customer care at a local bank, and studies in graphic design at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Alison brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to the team. Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, just outside of Kansas City, she moved to Lincoln in 2021 and has since made the community her home.

Alison has years of experience in customer service and grew up helping in her mother’s nail salon, which helped spark her passion for the beauty industry. She pursued her esthetics license in 2025 and now serves as both the welcoming face you see when you arrive and our dedicated facial specialist.

Alison is known for her ability to help clients ease into deep relaxation while providing attentive, personalized care from the moment they walk through the door. Whether you’re waiting for an appointment, preparing for a treatment, or enjoying one of her facials, Alison is committed to ensuring every step of your visit feels comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys a simple life in Hickman, where she lives in her one-bedroom apartment. She loves spending time outdoors, relaxing with friends over a cocktail downtown, and traveling to Kansas City to visit family.

Meet Haley – Founder & Nurse Practitioner

Haley began her journey in healthcare in 2004 as a nursing assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2008 and later achieved her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Creighton University in 2016.

With a natural artistic eye, a deep passion for skin health and overall wellness, and a heartfelt commitment to helping others feel their best, Haley founded Refyne Wellness & Aesthetics to blend clinical expertise with a personalized, whole-body approach to care.

Outside the clinic, Haley and her husband, Darryl, stay busy with their three children—two sons and a daughter. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, cheering at sporting events, and making memories with family and friends.

Erica is a licensed aesthetician and registered nurse with a deep-rooted passion for skincare, wellness, and patient care. She began her journey in aesthetics in 2007, working in several spas before pursuing her nursing degree. In 2015, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences. With a background primarily in pediatrics and labor & delivery, Erica eventually transitioned to a role in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), where she continued to deliver compassionate, expert care. Her love for aesthetics has remained constant throughout her career, and she enjoys educating others on skincare and promoting overall wellness. Outside of work, Erica and her husband stay busy with their three boys. As a family, they love to travel, hike, and spend time with family.
